Richard has a strong commercial background having spent his early career managing and operating wholesale electrical and music distribution businesses. His experience included international licensing and copyrighting, international contracts and all aspects of company marketing, financial accounting and staff training and development.
Attracted to legal practice because of the interplay between law and business, Richard’s legal career has focused on commercial, corporate and civil law disputes. He has particular interest in copyright, competition, intellectual property, commercial, banking, employment, matrimonial property, procurement and property disputes.
A certified mediator, Richard brings strong interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as his commercial experience to help clients resolve disputes.
