Experience

Patricia has almost 40 years’ experience as a solicitor. She specialises in conveyancing, property, construction, land law and litigation in all related areas. She also has an MBA degree with an emphasis on finance and international finance and possesses a strong and practical grasp of business and commercial issues.

What Patricia brings to her mediation practice is well earned experience of commercial and legal negotiations and the knowledge that all parties have share an interest in securing an economically attractive and confidential resolution of their disputes.

Patricia has a lively and engaging personality and has had particular success in helping families and resolve their business, probate and property disputes in a respectful and confidential way.

Personal

Patricia is married with five children, six dogs and two cats. She has been a member of the Board of Governors of St. Dallan’s Primary School for 25 years and is currently vice-chair. A former county camogie player, she maintains an active interest in many sports, particularly soccer and show jumping.
