MEDIATION FEES

The cost of your mediation comprises a Mediator’s Fee and an Administration Fee. The following explains the services you receive for these fees.

The Mediator Fee

Each mediator sets his or her own fees represented in the table below. Each fee includes a full mediation hearing day and 2 additional hours of preparation time for reading briefs and discussions with the parties. The mediator will also charge an hourly fee for any additional time involved.

The Administration Fee

The Juris Administration Fee is £420 per party. This includes the following:

  • One room per party at the chosen mediation venue, with Wi-Fi internet access.
  • Tea, coffee and a light lunch for up to three persons per party.
  • Additional catering, equipment and technical help available upon request.
  • Use of the Juris server to upload, serve and display documents for your mediation.
  • Convenient booking, payment and ongoing support services.

Complex Cases

Where a mediation involves disputes in which the amount in issue exceeds £500,000 or where there are complex issues or more than three parties, customised fees will apply.
